Whether you have 1 part or 10,000, we can handle jobs of any size. Our equipment can accommodate a very large range of part sizes. We have 2 wash stations consisting of a multi- stage conveyor washer, and an expandable 5-stage pressure wash system. Powder options include standard colors, wrinkle finishes, veins, textures, candy colors, anti graffiti powders, anti microbial powders, anti slip powders, fusion bonded, and any other decorative or functional powder available.

Sometimes customers need more than just powder coating. We offer assembly services and packaging to help save time and money. 

We offer in house blasting services on smaller items with our onsite media blast cabinet.  For large parts that require open air blasting, we have partnered with a local media blast company that comes onsite and blasts at our facility. With these 2 options we can offer media blast services on a very broad range of part sizes. 

We are always looking for ways to help our customers. If a need arises, we are more than willing to adapt or expand to meet that need. Whether that be an entirely new coating process, or a unique product that requires special attention. We can look for ways to help ensure you get the service you need.
